Belfast Zoo is a zoo in Belfast, Northern Ireland. They have more than 1,000 animals and 150 species that live on the 55-acre zoo grounds. In their natural habitat, the bulk of our creatures are endangered. The zoo also contributes to major conservation efforts and participates in European and worldwide breeding programmes that serve to safeguard the survival of several endangered species.
